I grew up in Sisters, Oregon, surrounded by talented fine artists and a community that supported the growth of creative expression. I learned traditional techniques throughout my childhood that expanded my love to create, and I gained an appreciation for the environment around me. Studying the movements of the world is my favorite pastime, such as leaves falling and water rippling, and it has caused a lifelong fascination. I continue to grow this passion into a career.

I fell in love with visual effects and am studying the skill at DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, Washington. This environment has caused me to flourish as an artist and as a person as I continue on the journey of creation.
